Contest runs from 12th July to 31st Aug 2010. The draw will be conducted at 110 Robinson Road, #08-00, Singapore 068901 on the 1st of Sept 2010. Contest is open to all except TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd, TakeMeToMarketing Pte Ltd and Bintan Lagoon Resort employees. Winner will receive a 1-Night stay in Bintan Lagoon Buganvil Villa that can accommodate up to 6 persons and also a $100 shopping voucher. Winner will be notified by email and phone. Prize is valid for one winner and for one time use only. Prize is nontransferable and has to be redeemed by 30th November 2010. Prize is not for re-sale and not redeemable for cash. Prize to be redeemed from the organizer, TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd. Entries with Invalid email addresses will be forfeited. Prize does not include return Ferry Tickets or Visa fees (if needed). Participants of this lucky draw will discharge TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd and TakeMeToMarketing Pte Ltd from any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal injury) caused by or sustained as a result of participation in the lucky draw. Participants are required to grant the organiser the use and rights of the information in their entries for the organiser's marketing purposes. Failure to comply with all these conditions may result in the participatory right forfeited. TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd and TakeMeToMarketing Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the lucky draw prizes with or without notice to participants. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at TakeMeToAsia Pte Ltd and TakeMeToMarketing Pte Ltd's sole discretion.
